NACBA STAY & PLAY POLICY
A Stay and Play Policy has been put in place in order to ensure the success and viability of the event. It was implemented to increase the amount of room nights available to our participants, while assuring that everyone receives the highest quality of service during their stay in Clermont County. As a result of the Stay and Play Policy, the NACBA is better able to prove our financial impact on the local economy, which continues to be essential in acquiring grants for our events.
All participating teams are required to reserve three (3) rooms for a minimum of three (3) nights at one of the 2023 NACBAIT Host hotel properties.
Note: Confirmation of your team's participation in the tournament will only be finalized once the NACBA has received notice that you have booked the required amount of rooms at the Tournament Host Hotel. Once your hotel rooms are booked, please send an email to Harry Leong, harryleong.suns@gmail.com with the reservation name, team name and confirmation number.
- Hotels will only be a 5-15 minute drive to the Elite Athletics Sports Complex and West Clermont High School.
- Room blocks at each hotel will only have a limited number of rooms with double/double beds; king bed w/sleeper sofa; and king bed. First come first serve. Additional hotels will be added if necessary.

NACBA SUNDAY NIGHT JAM & AWARDS BANQUET
At the MOONLITE PAVILLIONThe Moonlite Pavillion is located inside Coney Island Park

Admission to the park begins at 6:15pm and dinner service begins at 7:00pm and ends at 8:30pm. It’s a Classic BBQ Buffet – Montgomery Inn Pulled Pork and Grilled Chicken along with mixed greens with dressing, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, fresh fruit salad and unlimited soft drinks and water. A beer/seltzer cash bar will be offered.
OPEN SEATINGAwards for champions, and all tournament selections begin promptly at 7:00pm.
